Nexveris LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the KeaWay CoPilot mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

• Name, driver code, and profile details (managed by your agency administrator)
• Profile picture (uploaded by you)

b) Location Data

We collect your precise GPS location during active trip operations — including trip start, trip end, passenger arrival, pickup, drop-off, and no-show events. This data is sent to our servers and stored with trip records for transportation compliance and audit purposes.

c) Device Information

• Device token for push notifications (platform type, OS version)
• Device type (Android or iOS)

d) Trip and Service Data

• Trip schedules, pickup/drop-off times, and route records
• Passenger verification records (face scan results, electronic signatures)
• Driver activity logs and trip completion data

e) Locally Stored Data

Login credentials (email and password) are stored locally on your device when you enable the "Remember Me" option. This data remains on your device and is not shared with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To verify your identity and provide secure access to the App
• Trip Tracking: To record pickup and drop-off times with GPS location for transportation compliance
• Push Notifications: To send trip assignments, schedule updates, and important alerts
• Profile Management: To display and manage your driver profile
• Service Delivery: To coordinate transportation services between drivers, agencies, and passengers
• Passenger Verification: To capture and verify passenger identity through face recognition or electronic signature

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• Your employing agency: Your trip records, GPS data, and verification records are accessible to your agency administrator through the KeaCloud platform
• Regulatory bodies: As required by transportation compliance and applicable regulations
• Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification services)

We do not sell your personal information or protected health information (PHI) to third parties.

4. Data Security

• All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Authentication tokens are used for secure API communication
• Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable transportation record retention laws and regulatory requirements. Trip records and verification data are retained as mandated by applicable regulations.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data through the App
• Update your profile information and profile picture
• Delete your account by using the "Delete Account" option in the App. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
• Withdraw consent for optional features like "Remember Me" and push notifications
